Whether fighting for the IMC, or fighting back for the Militia, Pilots are the apex predator of the Frontier. They are what all riflemen aspire to be - highly skilled, incredibly mobile, and deadly at any range. But Pilots aren't alone, by their side is a Titan. Towering over anything that stands in their path, Titans are lethal weapons wrapped in armor and designed to take a punch...or a sword...or a rocket. Individually, Pilots and Titans are a serious threat. Together they are unstoppable.
Titanfall 2 delivers a single player campaign packed with action and inventive twists.
In single player, step on to The Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming a Pilot. Stranded behind IMC enemy lines, you must team up with a veteran Vanguard-class Titan, working together against overwhelming odds to uphold a mission you were never meant to carry out.
In multiplayer, Titanfall 2 gives fans more of what they want including six all-new Titans, a host of deadly new Pilot abilities, an expanded customization system, new maps and much more, Titanfall 2 gives fans the deeper multiplayer experience they've been asking for.
CAPTIVATING SINGLE PLAYER - Explore the unique, dynamic relationship between Pilot and Titan.
DEEP MULTIPLAYER ACTION - Deep, fast-paced multiplayer that delivers an experience second to none.
TEAM UP IN NETWORKS - Titanfall 2 makes it fast and easy to play with friends old and new. More details coming soon.

Dead game? Admittedly I haven't played in a while but its had a strong userbase for months and I've easily got my moneys worth as I've put in at least 70 hours into the game. Respawn do need to update the game with new modes and features though as they take too long for updates. Great game though and I'll keep coming back to this game until Titanfall 3.

Does that mean just the 10% discount benefit or that it'll never be in the vault?
If it's never going to on the vault I'll pick it up digitally next time it's on offer and sell my physical copy while it's still worth more than a fiver!

Campaign is good (took about 5 hours) BUT there is hidden stuff to go back and do. The Multi player is still going strong Best FPS i have played since BF4 (cant comment on BF1 as that game never took my fancy) It is a very polished game and all DLC is free. Only gripe is some more multiplayer games and a few more maps.
I am 3rd Gen now and still finding spots on maps and cool things like titan baiting etc.
Worth £20

To be honest, it's been a bit fuzzy to work out in terms of what has actually being said. I recall briefly Respawn saying before launch that Titanfall 2 would never make its way to EA Access. But if you read what EA have presented then it does seem that they indicate 'EA Access benefits' only. Wether this means (as you say) just the discounts, or if they are actually referring to EA Access being a benefit as a whole.
To be honest with you, and in my opinion. I'd be suprised if Titanfall 2 does make its way to EA Access purely based on the fact that all the DLC for Titanfall will always be free, which does tie in possibly with why Respawn would say that TF2 wouldn't be on EA Access. After all, EA Access is modelled on the hope that people purchase DLC for games they have been given as part of the Access Vault.

It probably will enter the vault some time this year, Titanfall 1 was missing from the ea 10% discounts and a 10 hour trial, then out the blue they said it was entering the vault.

Well sales don't mean quality and I would pick Titanfall 2 over BF1 any day of the week. Sure BF1 sold more but the buzz and hype for that game died so fast especially compared to BF4. I don't see many people talk about it anymore or even play it. It only sold well because it was going head to head with the worst Call of Duty game out there.

I blame EA. Titanfall could have been a massive franchise if the first Titanfall hit PS4 back in 2014 but Treyarch beat them to the punch with Black ops 3 which was essensially Titanfall without mechs and then with Titanfall 2 it was like it barely existed to EA while they used it as fodder against BF1 and 2 COD games with one being the legendary COD 4. This franchise had the potential to be COD level big but EA did everything to make sure it didn't.

Picked this up last month, its worth £20 just to play the brilliant campaign, I don't care for the multiplayer parts in shooters anymore, i think hours on end on call of duty games has made me sick of the whole team death match format.

Admittedly most of those copies sold were discounted but its not that bad.
Also Respawn are on a massive hiring spree and looking for positions for both the Titanfall team and their new Star Wars game so it did well enough for EA to continue supporting the franchise.
