Have been using this toothpaste for the last few years and dentist is always very happy with my oral hygiene, unlike most other toothpastes this one kills 99.9% of oral bacteria so even beats listerine @ 97%

I won't tell you that there are 10x as many microorganisms in your body as there are human cells then!
I used any toothpaste brand within the last 15 years (typically cheapest) and did not get a single filling since then.

So what happens if use this after I have already killed 99.9 and only have 0.1 to start with.
Does that mean it then kills less then 0.1% of bacteria? False advertising.

Correct - this stuff like mouthwash kill all the good bacteria as well.
Which is why you will not find a dentist nor dental hygienist that recommend this stuff

Most products that say they kill 99% of bacteria, actually kill 100% of bacteria...but because there is no quantifiable evidence, they all state 99% to put a bit of a get out clause on the product.

Isn't the effectiveness of anything that kills bacteria down to contact time? Remember reading that some bacteria can survive bleaching if it wasn't left to work for a while..
