Never seen such a long list before, so maybe it's only this one? Cutting off the crust (the best bit IMO) probably means it will need preservatives and thickeners.
Yes, just looked up all the bries on Asda and only this one has added ingredients. Guess, it's processed cheese then.
BTW, anyone ever look up the Camembert in Lidl? Two manufacturers and they give the EC label which you can lookup online: the one I looked up up was made by Président. Pity not all food stuff has to list the factory.
