have been looking for pannier bags for a while - this seem to be the cheapest option and at this price are probably a great deal too even if the quality is not so good. just keep the receipt and if they will fall apart you can get your money back.
looks like they is a good choice of colours and a rainproof cover is included.
will be available from sunday 26th.

To be honest I've only used one pannier twice for shopping, so still can't really comment. I have a few bikes and only 2 had pannier racks so I find it more convenient just to use a back pack.

I've got some other pannier bags but wanted one that hung a side. These are quite cheap so worth a punt.
Two bags for £10 looks good. Red one I got looks nice. They come with shoulder straps and carrier handles. There's a side zip pocket and zip pocket underneath which contains a waterproof cover for the bag. Okay amount of space. Lot of bang for buck but cant speak for quality/longevity.

Well my local LIDL had a few yesterday but all loose out of their packing. Why do people do that? Surely you
only need one sample open for examining. Anyway left them - they had about a dozen, but got the last frying pan (was looking for one)]
so a result if a kind. Also really surprised but my local LIDL now has self service tills. About time!

My panniers from 18 months ago are still ok, do up securely and haven't broken yet so another one paid today when the current one eventually breaks

Aldi cycle stuff tends to be of better quality. The Lidl things I've bought tend to be carp. As above, worth paying more for something that will last.

LIDL stuff is hit or miss, their digital clocks & bike computer both had buttons stopped working,
I've got a previous LIDL version of this , had about a year, so far lasting but obviously you take a chance
but at a tenner for 2 one I was prepared to take. Only downside is there was no shoulder strap on mine so carrying off bike is a bit awkward. Ortliebs start at what..£60? Most of the pannier bags for even light use in the next price range I saw at the time were not just a little but much more expensive unless someone can link to a bargain.

Last cheap ones I bought disintegrated on my first trip. You can't replace the clips when they break. False economy. I use Ortliebs now.

Some are good for British airways small carry on luggage but don't last long
