Has anyone noticed they have changed their return policy for Sale Items?

Apparently Marks are clued up about what goes on in sales such as buying at the 50% discount and then hoping it ends up in the 70%+ sale and returning the first lot.
Clearly they want to stop it and have altered their returns policy for SALE items from 35 days to 14 days........effective now!
The items I want don't hang about at 50% off never mind 70%.
