Police stopped me and gave me this voucher for a free workshop worth £45, not sure why
just choose a location and put code CET17 , not sure if is only valid in London.

They also run a sponsored one day first aid course called First Bike On Scene covering imobilizataion, resuscitation via heart massage and mouth to mouth all good to know.. Some areas like Wales it is totally free others you pay towards the course.
Agreed - plenty of car drivers etc use the mobile whilst driving or pull out of a side road delibrately in front of a cyclist rather than being patient as they know often or not the cyclist will be forced to brake

And car drivers are perfect angels. Not. Try riding a bike for a day and you'll soon find out who needs safety training.

Yawn. Stop generalising. I'm a bicyclist, driver, and have spent a bit of time on motorbikes too. (Actually came to this thread because I thought I could recommend the course to a new cyclist - before the thread was re-labelled) Plenty of cyclists are considerate and risk averse. The ones that aren't will sadly end up in hospital eventually anyway - if they are lucky.
In my area of London, the kamikazi L plate scooter drivers and kids on (presumably stolen) high powered bikes in balaclavas are an absolute plague - but that doesn't mean that all bikers on the whole are a problem. Most are skilled road users... because just like regular cyclists, if they want to do it for a long time, they have to be!

Which is a tick box, and you don't have to give the permission.

Take it is only for Motor bikes. I think they should teach bicycles riders a thing or two they seem to flaunt the safety laws all the time....

Did you drive through a red light then the wrong way down a one way street not stop at the zebra crossing then stick your middle finger up to the car driver before snapping off their wing mirror ?
