Mosfilm, one of Russia’s largest and oldest film studios has a Youtube channel, which offers among its many freely viewable pictures a selection of 70 films in high definition.

Stalker is just the most transcedental movie that was ever made. It is an experience in itself.

This studio produced some of the best films I've ever seen. A must for people to watch is the 1985 Elem Klimov anti-war film "Come and See" (Idi i smotri) 1985 - I think you can also watch it in HD here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgyeTS8jPFQ If you can cope with subtitles I strongly suggest you avoid the English voice dubbed version as it greatly diminishes the characters believability.
