yes they're part of Estee lauder group and if you want to sell in China it's a requirement to test on animals. They could decide not to sell in China if they were that concerned.

Mac doesn't agree with it but in some countries like China it's legal so the manufacturer there does! There was actually a statement made regarding this topic by Mac. Look it up if you're so easily inclined to try, and tarnish a companies name
