Rubbish. You have to have physical card in your hand before you can register online. You should be able to register and then they send you a card.

I got this offer, teamed it with my £5 birthday voucher they gave me for two pairs of leggings. Bargain.

The Sparks account is a bit confusing as sometimes the offers I get in emails aren't always there. Usually I find them eventually by it takes some faffing to find them in bonus offers or guy have to activate something or other to get it.

Bonus offers are put on intermittently. It's always best to check if you are about to buy something . Larger stores have machines you can scan
your card at. I always scan my card before I buy anything. Some branches the staff have handheld machines they use for stock they can check your card and can add your offers onto your card
