i usually buy anker, amazing reliability and used my 16000mah battery charger every day for 2 years and its been faultless. However they are really expensive now

Yeah sorry about that, the 7 promos have dwindled down to 6 now, I was lucky enough to get one, will edit my post above.
Shame too as the difference in price with both usb wall chargers was circa a quid.
Hey thats pretty good, spots quite a few of my freebie reviews! Not all though, only seems to flag me on the ones where I gave it 5 stars which is odd.

The picture is identical to the last detail to my portable charger which has a different brand name, but it's very good.
1. empty your basket

I think the logic behind this is that many of the reviews are from reviewers who have been "given the product for free in exchange for an 'honest' review". Often, these reviews give the product 5 stars.
Most products featuring these rather sneaky tactics are relatively unknown brands being sold by Chinese sellers, usually shipping from a fulfilment warehouse in the UK.

Remember many people trusted Samsung and look what happened there. i personally feel you should never leave any item on charge while not in the room so if anything did happen you could hopefully avoid a fire.

When I gave something 5 stars I was marked as inauthentic, but not when I gave something 4 stars. As my average for my amazon review whoring days was around a 4 I guess I won't normally get flagged.

That site uses review aggregation and automated methods to get a grade - there's no real science or logic behind it, or when there is, it's flawed. Lumsing seem to be one of the few good brands on Amazon actually. I didn't see many paid for reviews either.

How wrong a can you go with a portable charger, unless it has exploded on you, im sure we would have got word of this problem the reviews. Also Lumsing I would say appear not far behind Anker with their reputation.

I needed a portable charger so thanks. The reviews seem legitimate to me, plus it comes with a 12 month warranty so they can't be selling rubbish.

Such is life, I've missed plenty deals but got others. I have a ihone and glitch keyword alert that pops up on the HUKD app but I wish I could get alerts for deal that hot 200% then I'd know to open my browser (if find the app crap to use but the alerts are great :smile:)

Got mine a couple of days ago and really pleased with it! Charged two iPhones at the same time. Charged a single iPhone at least three times already with plenty of power still left. Got the free wall charger with mine and used the fast charge to power to full capacity. Impressive packaging and a 12 month warranty too. Brilliant!

Got my chargers and impressed with the quality and build. The wall chargers have a really interesting soft-touch sandblasted finish (that's the best way I can describe it).
That Fakespot stuff is rubbish - it's just a shortcut to doing your own research and about as reliable as looking at an average Amazon review score and not reading any reviews at all. Is anyone surprised that Fakespot offers 'alternative products' that (surprise surprise) contain affiliate links...
