Now £17.59 on PS4 or £15.59 with prime - typically I ordered yesterday at £18.99 and they won't refund the difference anymore, ah well only £1.40

I received my pre-order from Amazon on Friday. I ordered it at least a month ago at £19.99 with my Amazon prime account. Amazon sent me an email saying:
You saved £1.00 with Amazon.co.uk's Pre-order Price Guarantee! The price of the item(s) decreased after you ordered them, and we gave you the lowest price.
The following title(s) decreased in price:
LEGO Worlds (Xbox One)
Price on order date: £19.99
Price charged at shipping: £18.99
Lowest price before release date: £18.99.
Is this right? Should it not be £16.99 since that was the lowest price? Or is that only for folk who ordered when it was £16.99 on Amazon?

Great price, got it on Steam, but I'd much rather play on console and the kids can play too.

Exactly they are the perfect games for a relaxed gaming session. A nice chilled break from French kids shouting abuse to each other on COD or rage quitting on FIFA :smirk:

So I preordered this a while back at the higher price with prime, will I get it for £16.99?

Not sure why you start a sentence with 'so' , like you're about to break into an anecdote.
Nevertheless I believe Amazon have a lowest price guarantee that if they reduce the price between you ordering and despatch you'll pay the lowest price.
I may of course be wrong.

Just pre-ordered download code, still £24.99. I know the price for boxed version is much lower but I really can`t be bothered with boxes.

I watched some gameplay videos when it was announced and the creators were talking through it and it looked pretty good to me, if the kids love Minecraft I can't see how they won't like this, the possibilities on it are endless
