if I recall, this particular version has preservatives for the fruit.. so I Can't have it.

funnily enough i bought some kelkin sourdough bread in tesco yesterday - on the label it promotes health but when i checked the ingredients it includes sugar, glucose and fructose - may be gluten-free but it doesn't sound very healthy to me.
