Took advantage of both offers and did exactly the same yesterday too. Played a few of the missions so far and it is a great game.

Really really enjoy this game, bought when first released and the amount of different ways to complete missions is brilliant, recommend this game if it's your 'thing'

Is this like splinter cell because I loved that!
Not a fan of metal gear solid though

I've never really played splinter cell, but it could be compared to the first MGS in terms of that you (can) use stealth and distraction/diversion to reach the objective.
For me, this is the first Hitman game I've played and I've been very impressed by it as it's very different to what I usually play. If you're unsure, maybe wait until it drops further but I would say it's worth the money even at this price.

First, The Phantom Pain is actually pretty good...a lot more accessible than previous metal gear titles. But no, other than stealth, this isn't really like metal gear. This Hitman is big open area's with a target you're tasked to kill...rather than a big open world filled with enemies. You can go about things in a variety of ways, and it plays out more in common with a puzzle game really - solve the puzzle of how best to get to the target in the most efficient way, and in the increasingly challenged way. It's more slower paced and methodical compared to Phantom pain and Splinter cell.

I must of sunk 70+ hours into this game. The level designs and varied ways to complete them are top notch.

grear price for console version. i have paid 16.14 for PC version and game is ok. it is light on story, its almost non existent which is breaking immersion but as a sanbox experience its ok. I would not pay more for it. i question whether it looks better than absolution. I would like to adjust camera closer to main character. if u are planning to approach each level multiple times andnu dont care about story and world building this game is for you.

It's streets ahead of Absolution in terms of how the game looks.
Got this on PSN last week for £21.99 and it's a return to form for the franchise. It's a really enjoyable game.

i would not go that far. they have gone for more realistic look. absolution is a game from 2012. i will have to play it tonight and compare with new one. I like how the new game looks but I dont think u can see 5 year advancement with graphic and gameplay. hitman 2016 is borrowing a lot of nice features from absolution while retaining some of the best features of blood money. i wish there was better story though. like I said its not worth more than 16 poundsnfor PC and 22 pounds for console version.

Anyone else having a problem with 'Episode 1 - Paris'? It is saying I need to install but it is not on the game hub and online won't let me access as it says part of a bundle (despite owning the bundle!)
