Pretty boring, safe designs. Just about all collars the same style (ie no 'cutaway' types). Good quality, yes, but personally prefer C.T. or T.M.Lewin.

I work next door to the CT factory in Bletchley, I had a load of vouchers (I think from Amazon), was going to go for a bundle of CT shirts but was warned off by a colleague who'd had poor quality shirts from them, I was disappointed, I'd be interested to know your thoughts.

I have found CT shirts are quality...you notice this when wearing, for years bought Hawes and Curtis, but have gone downhill in the last few years...TM Lewin are good. As I mentioned in another thread , the thinnest part of the shirt...elbow goes first...often within a few weeks...this happened alot with hawes and curtis..also Jaegar are good...but nowhere are they worth the top price they charge

My experience with the non iron CT shirts has been excellent over the past few years. Prices have gone up a bit recently but there are sales.

Hawes and Curtis are OK but Charles Tyrwhitt far superior. Their customer service is amazing as well. No Toukertime for me.

Amex currently have a £20 cashback on a £100 spend so would cost £80 if you saved that offer. Plus potentially 4% Cashback!

Does anyone know when this offer will expire?

CT shirts are very good for the money. I prefer them over TM Lewis. Thomas Pink are also very nice but twice the price of CT.

This seems a good deal to me, I've just bought a single shirt from Next for £30, and I expect their quality isn't as good?

All I know is that I've bought around 8 or 9 shirts over the last 2 or 3 years from CT and I rate every single one of them. They've all washed and lasted very well (I have LOTS of shirts so I don't wear any one for a long length of time). I've also got a few TM Lewin shirts and a couple of T Pink which have also worn well. For the money, you can't wrong with CT and the range of sizes and designs are excellent. There's always offers and vouchers knocking about - for eg. I bought a CT shirt a couple of months ago and it cost me less than tenner including delivery!

I'm not a fan. Was in Glasgow store 10 days or so ago, they are closing down and discounted shirts to £17.50. Customer service was non-existent so I chose a classic cut (thinking it's a genuine classic style )16" neck for my hubby and it's HUGE!!! Massive!!!! We have a super king size bed and this shirt would make a fab sheet for it, it's that bloody big!! If anyone is a 16 inch neck with an over inflated balloon body, please...contact me, I will send it free to you as long as you send pics of you wearing it lol!!!

Thank you, as I said, I was a bit disappointed when a colleague didn't rate them but it seems he's in a minority. Thank you to everyone else who responded to my question regarding CT as well. It looks like I'll have a belated order going in. Cheers.

American Express holders may want to check their 'offers' on their account as well as I currently have a 'get £20 off a £100 spend' at Hawes and Curtis offer from them. Used it today to buy 5 shirts for £100, so with £20 refund only cost me £80. Bit of bargain for 5 decent quality shirts.

Buyer beware, shocking customer services, refused returns and poor quality shirts. Of the 5 shirts I purchased after 12 months only 2 remain. The shirts are cheap thin cotton and rip easily. e.g when putting a jumper on! Buy at your own risk.
