Lots of people do they did it with final fantasy type 0 Argos had it for £10 a few weeks after release and sex were still giving £20 cash and £27 trade in. Needless to say lots of people did it and now the games worthless because of that. It's the main reason trade in values have plummeted over the last few years

Never understood it. Buying blu-ray for let's say 8-12 quid. Selling to CEX or cash converters for price of bun :man:
I wouldn't sell any movies to get 10% of money back. My time is worth more.

Buy £1 walk 30 seconds to Cex near Poundland at earn £3 in two minutes. £15 In 3 minutes like the above.
Either you are earning £60 an hour or your bus fare into town goes towards a £500 iphone to follow the crowd.

Yyy don't get your math. I'm talking about being bluray for a full price and selling it with a huge loss. Where's profit? If you can get it for a quid and sell for 4 pounds it's a different story as long as they will take 10 or 20 same movies from you lol

To be honest I wanted the Walking Dead TellTale Series 1 on PS4. I could by brand new for £22 on ebay or secondhand for £22 from CEX.
I didn't really want to pay either but certainly not the same price second hand as I could get it new. However this way I've got it for £7 which I'm happy with. First time I've really used CEX to make a profit like this, but it made sense... to me.

You can get all 3 walking dead telltale games and 7 days to die in a bundle for £11.99 on the ps store atm.
Hardcore Henry is brilliant. Watch it through a VR headset.

Bargain! £1 for motion sickness. You have pay more for a bad bus journey in London to get anywhere near that!

Cex only take 2 of the same title so will heavily discount after that. Most blu-rays from poundland end up being worth next to nothing within days anyway. Terrible film btw

That may change store to store, my CEX take 9 copies of something before they discount it.

Working in Poundland myself i didnt post this but all hard-core Henry copies sold the same day. I did the Cex checks myself hah
Of the other blu rays that came in pretty much none were worth anything else in Cex.

Even if CEX has stopped buying it - I just found a quote for £2.60 on ziffit and £1.50 on webuybooks for this blu-ray, and that's over a day since the offer first got posted. Yes minimum trade values apply online, but never assume the high street is the only place to sell to...
