Yes I contacted them earlier. They said they've been having problems emailing the codes, but I should have mine by the morning.

I'm not sure about instore purchases but I know if you buy online and you don't get the code then contact the tesco direct helpline they will help
I guess for those that have bought in store contact them too and they should help

when you buy the Xbox one version they will email you the code separately - check your junk if it doesn't go to your inbox
add the code and next time you sign in to play online it will show up in your bank account
