Says 'they need to take card details just to check signee is not a robot'. Surely there's other ways to check this that does not require my card details

can you use your Option Rewards cash as the "Credit Card"
account type must be business? I can't change it to individual

Stupid question maybe but what can you do with the credit? Does it go to your Googleplay account like the the Google Opinion Rewards do so you can spend it on Apps and books and such..?
