Ah but I have. Neck beard, waxed moustache and man-bun on the same head, white Egyptian cotton shirts, waistcoats and retro watches were in abundance, food was indeed served on slates but fortunately, I managed to avoid beer in jam-jars.

You've clearly not been into a trendy stupid hipster bar / restaurant of late then? beer in jars, food served on old roof slates or chunks of wood, gone are the days when drinks get served in glasses and food on plates. I blame hipsters, kill them all.
