You can purchase metal non oem straps from Amazon for £12 ... or £70 if you want an original garmin!

Excellent price. I got the EPIX ( Not the Fenix 5 version) for £265 a few months ago. Don't need this but at this price i could wear it on the other wrist!!! :smile:

Just read up on Fenix 3 GPS accuracy and decided not to buy. Despite its other faults I'll stick with my Ambit3 for now.

These are coming down in price so dont worry if youve missed out. Amazon.de often have them for £270 delivered and Amazon warehouse often for £200 to £240. I paid £290 a year ago from Blacks and its a great bit of kit but I was initially disappointed with the screen quality. The non sapphire is actually slightly better in terms of a crisper screen . I dont understand why its so pixelated for such an advanced and expensive watch , maybe I expect too much but I recommended it for its functions.
Been reading reviews on the Fenix 5 and its not worth the upgrade apparently .
Also the newer Fenix 5 quick fit 26mm straps will fit the 3 .
