Love the blurb "all served by the brilliant people that work for us" .. Got a pint of Sagres in the Newcastle branch and it had a very dubious looking snot like object stuck to the inside of the glass . Took it back and the "brilliant" barman poured a replacement , slammed it down and walked off . Service with a grunt. Still a pint of Guinness for nowt is ok .
