No problem here with our local F&B. Good selection and reasonably priced food (especially with voucher). The £7.75 junior meal deal is good for children. It's always pretty busy in there but I don't have any complaints about the service.

I used to love F&B. The Italian-themed music playing whilst eating was fantastic. But my last 2 visits (within the past 6 months) were really bad. Poor food quality and prices seemed high for what I ordered, and that was with a discount!
I hope that F&B will increase food quality and not increase the prices as well, because they're high enough already. Not going to vote on this one!

Or, you know, go up to the actual staff - in real life! - and express your dissatisfaction

alexander I cant be bothered its not my job at stake at f&b's , if the company can't sort their own act out and make money it shows what a bad display of business practise they have .

As a family we love F&Bs. But it really is expensive fast food. Just need to wash it down with a nice wine!

Thanks for that. Saved me the effort of downloading the app.

which branches? Never had an issue with Clarks Village, street, Somerset, Bristol Cabot Circus, nor the Bristol Cribbs Causeway restaurants. You should tweet them and express your dissatisfaction

How do they still have business?

If you are in the armed forces or hold a Defence Discount card you can save 20% on 2 main courses, just show your MOD90 or DDS card.

My wife and I really like F&B's and never had any problems with food, price, staff or wait times. Also when signing up for the app put in your date of birth and they email you a free main main when you purchase another, usually valid for a couple of weeks either side your birthday.
Just an FYI, if same as previous voucher's I've used you won't be able to use with another promotion as they go through the till as a discount and not a form of payment and the can't/won't discount twice. Voted hot
Recently went to Canary Wharf one and it was surprisingly good

Just received my voucher in my app.
Not really worth it as you have to buy two mains and not allowed to use with any other discounts or promotions

Let me see. Tiny portioned, bad quality, expensive food. Always slow to serve up food even when the place is empty. I can't understand all the negativity X)

It's negative because a number of Frankie and Benny's outlets have been given ZERO Hygiene Ratings by the Councils and they are doing everything in their power to entice customers back

Is there a minimum spend with this voucher?

Is there a minimum spend with the voucher? Eg buy two main courses, or spend £30?

only any good if you can use it with other deals (unlikely). The half price mains deal would probably save you more.

perhaps voted cold because hardly anyone has a good thing to say about Frankie and bennies, from rude staff excessive waiting times poor quality food high prices the list of critiques is almost endless

I don't understand the negative votes, this is something for nothing. If people are voting cold because they haven't received the £10 voucher -you get this voucher 24 hours after signing up. Hot from me.
