Please note I wrote the word 'value'.
In no way did I say it was cheaper.
Look at what you get with the branded Makita set compared to this set.

I was bought a ROLSON set a short time ago. (I only wanted a 10mm bit) I pre drilled a few holes to 8mm in a normal internal wall, nothing special, with 1 of my old B&D bits I think, while I waited for the Rolson to arrive BUT when it came to going from 8mm to 10, the brand new 10 mm Rolson bit burned out B4 it did the job, still, THIS set?,for the price?,GOTTA be worth a punt.

Popcorns not good for you..It makes you expire quickly leaving bubbles without a home!
Most reviews are pretty good and I think this particular review probably sums up the quality.

" I bought these when I was told about a discount on them during a telephone order.
It's a good general range of bits, but they are budget so they may not stay sharp as long as more expensive sets.
If you want a set for occasional use or as a second set to save you hunting down your main set then you can't go wrong for the price "
