Cheap deicers just do not work. I've got a vw deicer that came with my golf nearly 8 years ago, i only realised last year i had it. After 8 years, it still works and only need one spray and the ice falls away like melting butter. I'm all for cheap things, this is not one of them.

I'm all for spending a bit more for a quality item, but de-icer doesn't fall into that category for me. If it works it works - it doesn't need to be like "melting butter"

Deicer 88p locally on Monday (Bristol), but scrapers were 25p.
