Most other places have this for £35 plus. If out of stock at your local Homebase, try Wickes and they will price match.
Good reviews, very good torque unlike unbranded alternatives. Comes with micro USB charger, 10 screw bits and a metal case.

Are these for screwing straight through the wood or do they need pre-drilled holes? Always impressed when I see tradesmen with their Makita's!

Its plenty capable with the torque to screw straight on to wood - I've done it with ease.

I got the older version, the one with the charging cradle and the attachments/bits to the side. its superb little kit around the house, its just handy, its not men for the big jobs, when my 18v bosch drill takes over. to be honest i prefer the older version just because its got the cradle/charging pod which is shame that these new ones don't come with. i would also agree with the above posts, the one in Lidl look salso good with the added bonus of 3 years warranty.

it's an electric screwdriver. So well worth £25 for someone who does a lot of screwing.

What's the difference between this and the ikea one which is also 3.6v?
Very good I was given one of these for Christmas. Has came in very handy lately. Also got the accessory kit from amazon for like £4 during the January sales from amazon.

used one of these to screw a bunch of Mr Beam's LED lights into our fence posts, was expecting it to struggle but was a breeze.
just a shame the various attachments never seem to be on offer.
