I just got a Bosch washing machine delivered and installed. Didn't face any issue. Before this I ordered damaged heavily discounted aeg washer dryer but soon realised that the dryer had a problem. Called customer service and they happily replaced. The delivery guys weren't one of the nicest though.

I can say I had a good experience when I brought tv a few years back and delivery guys were really polite and helpfull.
