Was looking around for a cheap 1440p monitor. Seems very good for the price, 1ms response times. It isn't IPS but it's a very reasonable price.

Hi, I'm in the market for a monitor 22"(or thereabouts). I've just bought a high end system with a Ryzen 1700x and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Graphics Card and need a decent monitor to complement it. I do a bit of gaming with new titles but not a competitive gamer. Suggestions please? Cheers.

If you want a monitor that'll push your graphics to the limit, do yourself a favour and spend the extra on an IPS panel. I will never use TN again.

You can't go wrong with 1440p, it looks so much better than 1080p and does not have the severe performance hit of 4k. I'd recommend at least a 970/1060 for 1440p gaming though.
If you play a lot of competitive FPS you might want a 144hz monitor, if not this will suit you fine.

Any good for pc gaming in general? I've got high end graphic card, so I would like to push the graphics to the limit without sacrificing performance to much.

Not really for PS4 Pro, Xbox One S or Scorpio as they won't output at more than 1080p on this and it's a waste for the current gen for the same reason, unless you're using it for PC as well.

Good screen. got one off Amazon warehouse for about 170. although advertised with 2 dead pixels( just in the corner above windows taskbar), can't find a good reason to send it back.
