I was about to question how much you can bench then realised the 150 included the lifter :wink:

valid point - 70kg for me. That's why it's probably best to go with an olympic bench but they're quite costly.

But they require so much more space there is no comparison really.
For anyone who can push more than 70kg, the gym is the way to go anyway.
For most people, though, 70kg will be more than enough.
