You need to wait 7 days to submit the claim but it doesn't matter if the £45 offer is still available then. The reason you are submitting the claim is because it was available when you ordered.

You're definitely able to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. However, I would assume that cancelling and reordering might affect your credit score a little more negatively than just keeping the sim you've already ordered.

I managed to bring my number across from virgin mobile. I called up virgin and asked for a PAC CODE and then used the code to fill out the form on this link:

It's pretty quick and easy, should be done in a day or 2. You can keep using your Vodafone until it gets disconnected.

The deal is very good. The only thing is continuing to use my existing number. I called Three now. CS agent and queried how to port my existing number from Voda to Three. He told me that they (three directly) sells the same tariff but would cost £11 per month (instead of the £9). He would help me if I was to order it from Three directly.
I specifically asked about the process of transferring my own number (I already got my PAC code) but he said, you need to speak to third party who is providing you this offer, I can't help any further. He did not sound very friendly to be honest.

Awful service. Got sim Friday. Number ported on monday. Constant problems since yesterday. Can't phone wife number unknown. Network not registered . No service. Just cancelled.

Ordered Friday night, SIM has just been delivered Tuesday morning, but TCB still hasn't tracked. Perhaps I forgot to clear cookies etc before ordering. I took screenshots of each step of buying, including the TCB screens, but I think I'll cancel this SIM and re-apply for a new one and take more care doing the TCB properly.

Any tips on how to secure cashback? The only time I've tried is via Quidco for Gatwich airport parking and it was declined. Quidco never sent me an email to say it had been declined (they sent ones saying it had tracked and then was being reviewed by Gatwick parking) so I forgot about it and missed the deadline to challenge it when I logged in to check/try to cash out a few months later. No idea why it was declined as I did use the parking I bought, although the suggested reasons include not clearing cookies before buying the parking via Quidco (if this is the case - why don't they warn you to do this beforehand...?)

If yes, and all went to plan then over the duration of the contract it is the effective price. It is not without risk, but works out in the majority of cases (of going through a cashback site or RAF).

I'm in the same position as yourself. What I've been told by 3 customer services is at the end of the contract convert your existing sim to PAYG. At that point you will be able to port your existing number on to the number you get form this deal.

for all those of you excited about TCB, bear in mind that they impose a minimum period of three months before the claim is even submitted to 3. You then have a further 12-16 weeks before the cashback is actually confirmed.

I know this because it's exactly what's just happened to me after I joined 3 last october for the cashback so all this "effective" price is nonsense.

Airtime charges start on day of despatch. Typical first invoice may be one whole month plus part month depending on what day 3 choose to identify as billing cycle day.

After reading comments I will be canceling my order because I had a similar experience with EE, I didn't meet their term. Which was B's and I know how the process of getting cashback is, have been doing it a long time and I know you should never speak to them over the phone about your order before it gets delivered. People on that thread also reported ee making calls so they won't have to pay out.

You need to find out how long you have to port your number over when taking this deal first, maybe call them or chat online becuase deal is onlY available for 6 days now I think.

Sign up, and keep your other number on PAYG, and then port your number over.

Crap network crap customer service. I've been with them many years. They offer same deal as new customer or higher than that. If you found cheaper deal anywhere and tell them that they are cheaper then you. They always said that you can have that deal if you feel ripped.

So you get your Three PAC code and transfer your number to an Asda mobile PAYG account? Then request a PAC code from Asda and transfer it back to the new Three pay monthly account?

this looks like a good deal.. what happens after the 12 months, do they offer you any good deals or do you have to switch again. I assume you can transfer your number.

if its not mentioned in comments, there are three SIMO deals they look similar but for the SIM size.... choose the right one for correct tracking....

Normally you need to transfer out (Asda are a good option as you don't need to add credit :smiley:) then request a PAC from Asda and transfer back.

If you all read the terms and conditions on Topcashback, they pay the remaining balance of your cashback after 3 months... Mine's initially tracked at £25, which will be increased.
TCB are brilliant, they've never let me down... unlike Quidco, who I'd avoid at all costs.

Three customer services is pretty useless tbh, I ordered a nano-sim to replace my micro for my new S7 Edge, firstly they sent me another micro-sim, then when I rang up to ask for a nano-sim they assured me they'd send it, and promptly deactivated my current sim, so I've had no work phone for three days now. Brilliant.

I've found Three significantly better than Vodafone for coverage. Vodafone are the worst network I've used.

Its a good deal, i bought this last time, but DONT rely on Three paying out correctly.
It was £50 cashback thru Quidco, but despite Quidco confirming it was £50 cashback,
Three decided they wanted to change the rules,and only pay me £30.08!
So have now cancelled my three accounts, with them,and will end this one at end of 12 months!
If your expecting them to honour the full cashback,then dont, treat the deal without the cashback,
but i for one.wont be using the dishonest crooks again!

The website won't offer my address from a postcode and there is no way to enter an address so I can't place any online order with Three. I have spent more than half an hour on the phone trying and failing to get anyone even slightly interested in the problem. The best offer I got was the deal for £9/month over the phone and they seemed to think I shouldn't care about losing £45 of cashback because their web site doesn't work.

Thoroughly unimpressed although the abysmal customer service makes me feel a little better about not getting this deal.

So I have a chinese phone that only gets 800MHz and 2100 MHz bands with Three. I can see that they have a good cover on their coverage checker but will this depend on your being able to access all of Three's bands or will the 2 I have still give me decent cover??

I don't say anything wrong about the deal, but having you all here, I wonder if it's anyone else or it's just me facing this: In the last few weeks in Newcastle, Three, on 4g and 3g have less than a mbs download speed and almost nothing on the upload. I've been on this network for 2 yes but never before was so bad. I tested this with 2 devices, a Lenovo P2 and a Sony Xperia z5, in all areas of city, outdoor.

untill TCB pay me the £40 im rightfully owed from taking out an AA Credit Card last October then i wouldnt trust them as far as i could throw them

OK, read slowly - pay attention. You have to go through TOPCASHBACK to get this price. So its not the £11 on the THREE website. If you have gone through TOPCASHBACK its to get the cashback so its not £9 either - its £5.25. Yes I've decided to include the cashback and yes I've decided to the apply this to the contract.
