24 300ml bottles for £12, therefore only 50p a bottle. Haters will hate obviously....

I think a lot of people see Budweiser and Coors as inferior beers - personally, once im past the first bottle i tend not to care too much!

Why do supermarkets only have the 330ml bottles when virtually all shops have 330ml?

Assuming you meant 300ml to begin with, I dont think many places sell the 330's in multipacks as they're usually individual bottles.

Hm. It's an overused throwaway phrase IMO. Makes me want to vote cold when I see it.

I picked up 2 x 20 bottles of Becks last night (275ml) for £7.70 on a RTC at a Tesco Metro. Not worth posting as probably just local (Teddington) but it may be on offer somewhere else if you happen to be passing.

bud has to be one of the worst beers ever made. tastes like water passed through a human but if you like that sort of thing it's only 50p a bottle so heat from me.

It is still brewed in America, but we don't get that stuff, we get the cr4p brewed under licence.

The Czech Budvar is better but they registered their product later but have been making it longer than the Americans with a similar name. In Europe the Czechs have to call it original Budweiser because it is older and better! I have been to the brewery in Cesky Budjovice.

Haters gonna hate cos it's a vile, weak, yank monstrosity of a beer. Cheap though so heat from me.

again assuming you meant 300ml, brewers make these smaller sizes to make the supermarket packs seem better value, Stella is sold in 284ml whilst Beck's is 275ml. Coors however is 330ml, as is Corona and Peroni

Because Corona is still the real McCoy!!
Although in native Mexico and USA it is sold in 350ml bottle equivalents.

common myth, the big supers never have differential pricing online and in store, unless a local deal to clear stock. However some people like to bash them strangely with such claims, never sure why, if we went back to getting groceries from corner shops I'm guessing we'd be paying twice as much

No, i meant 330ml. I only ever see Budweiser 330's in my local off-license, sold as individual bottles. It's all very cynical isnt it? I narrow it down to what i'd be willing to drink and then look at the cost per litre to decide.
