Surprisingly good quality. Very similar, but a shade under in quality, from Lidl Floralys ( I'm just at the end of those), but these are way, way above basics quality, for less than the price of those

I buy 3 3ply from Home Bargains for a quid & like them but 16 for £2.50 is a mega bargain. Nice find Op thank you

yeah the home bargains ones are better, I just get the nicky 3 pack due to storage space. The tesco ones I bet will be like tissue paper.

What I hate about kitchen roll is the bits you get off it,it's no good for cleaning windows,you get residue :laughing:

Ye, it's gotta be microfibre cloth for Windows but, ugh! The feel of them :confused: I do use kitchen roll to dry and buff floors after mopping though :P

The microfibre cloths for glass I think are better for dusting,I'm convinced the ordinary ones scratch stuff,OH thinks I'm mad but I'm sure they do :laughing:

I know what you mean, they feel like the bits are scratching around on top of the surfaces. They're like the Mercury of cloths. I'm sure they don't tho :smiley:

He thinks I'm mad because I say scratches have appeared on my gloss desk or on the taps in the Bathroom etc after using microfibre cloths,if it's not the cloths doing it,what is,they appear after dusting :laughing:

My wife got the last pack from Kingston MK Tesco. Apparently the stock showing as 6 available. Someone probably grabbed them and pushing them in the trolley. No matter.

I was in Beckton London yesterday they had this for £5 and the assistant said people were filling up the trolly hence none now...

I agree with you deb8z I voted hot because its such a great deal... I buy 6 for £2 from HB and thought I got a great deal.......

Certainly a good deal.

For those who can't get them, these are the same towel as the "Mega" Jumbo rolls which are always in stock at Tesco at £1 each. These are called spacesaver rolls because they actually have the same amount of sheets as 5 of these rolls!

If you buy 3 of the Mega Jumbo rolls then for £3 (instead of £2.50) you get 15 rolls worth (as opposed to 16) of exactly the same towel.

The 3 spacesaver rolls are easier to carry than these 16 roll packs too :smiley:

Regina are great a roll lasts for ages, home bargains do an identical roll to the Regina ones for £1 each called buffalo roll.

It's the whole 2-ply versus 3-ply thing (just like loo roll). You find it's more fragile and you use more. But for £2.50 it's still a bargain. Going to head to my Tesco Extra later and try to find some!

**** need wiping so can understand the need for big roll but never really understood kitchen roll. Never used the stuff and seem to get by fine without it.

Wouldn't want to go without bog roll though.
