No, you can't link a UK PayPal account to a US account. Same with a UK credit card.
Hence the need to buy top up cards. Just an added bonus they work out to cost less than the $ value :smiley:

Get yourself set up with US and Canadian accounts, costs nothing and is quick to do. Useful guide here:
Once you have them, you can then buy and redeem cards like in this deal to them. Linking a PayPal or credit card won't work as they will have a UK address.
