As far as I can see, neither Game or Amazon sell a 1tb Battlefield Bundle.

Not as good as the Argos deal for me (and all the shenanigans you will go through with Game)

Definitely not 1TB - the title on their website is wrong. Scroll down to "See what's included in this bundle" and it says 500GB there.

I have just added this to my basket on game website, and the description does state "Xbox one S 1TB bundle with battlefield 1 and halo wars 2" and I have paid £229.99... so will see what happens. Will argue it if they try and give me a 500gb.

I looked at it on the mobile site.

I used the online chat to confirm with a Game representative, this is a 500GB machine, not 1TB.

A good investigative journalist can prove his sources. Personally I find what you reported to be funny. Did you really take the time to chat to Game to prove this 'deal' right or wrong? Just went to collect from game and they did send the 500gb, said I wasn't interested unless it was 1tb, so they offered me 1TB with FIFA and Halo Wars 2 for the same price (229.00) so I accepted. Well happy

I have just spoken to someone from game and he said that if it says on the confirmation email XBOX ONE S 1TB then that is what i will receive,as that is what i have purchased.

Just got off the phone with Game and they are aware of the issue and in the process of having the website updated as it *should have only been a 500GB (picture shown on item) even though its listed in the title as 1TB. They are also aware that this has happened to many people and are working on a solution and might take up to a 1 week to get back to me on it.

I just got mine delivered. They sent me a 500gb console. Live chat is "busy" so I assume lots of people are complaining.

Just got off of live chat with them. It is indeed a mistake they are aware of, but get this...

They told me that I have to go to my local store and ask for a refund, providing proof of payment, even though I paid through Pay Pal!!!

I asked them to collect it from me, and they refused, telling me that I can go to the post office and send it if I want to.

If it's not my mistake, they can collect it. Going to raise a Pay Pal ticket and send in a notice of complaint to head office.

In addition, surely 'it' is their mistake? So why did they not offer to collect?

They have amended title - it now states 500GB. Expiring post.

In my opinion, they should either honour the price, or collect the product and issue a refund. I'm not going to travel anywhere with a big box because someone did their job wrong.
