For those who don't want Minecraft, Halo, GOW etc. Argos have this @ £259.95 and also the 500gb fifa 17 bundle for £229.95. Both have choices of extra controllers, blue and red included. Also a choice of a few free games including Forza if you prefer a game rather than a controller.

Just curious here, if you don't have a console, why would you buy pay £260 for this when you can get a PS4 and a game for £60 less?
Especially this year that the PS4 got absolutely amazing exclusives in the form of Nioh and Yakuza (soon Horizon Zero Dawn, can't say it's amazing yet but it looks damn good) and Xbone isn't going to get one SINGLE exclusive
As for existing console only games, the PS4 can frequently outperform the xbone. Take FFXV for example, on the ps4 it runs at 1080p while on the xbone it only runs at 920p

I'm not sure f you're question is rhetorical but perhaps:
E.g. To play Forza / Forza Horizon, and/or Halo, or backwards compatible Xbox 360 games that one may still own. And it's no use buying a PS4 if your friends have Xbox Ones.

And if you're someone who wants the Fifa 16 bundle, that might mean you like EAs other games and want to get them all for a great price with EA Access.
Or maybe you want a 4K Blu Ray player.

I need a cheap 4K Blu-Ray player, so that's why I (and many others) are getting an XBoxOne S! I have a PC for high performance gaming.

Well I would get that in the US but this is Europe, the chances of you knowing more people with Xbones than ps4s are reaaaaaally slim because the ps4 is vastly dominant
I get the 4k player argument, even though I haven't got a 4k tv

It's not about how many you know, it's the ones you want to play with. I think more of my friends have PS4, but some still have Xbox One. So it depends what you want to play and who with
And yes, 4K, which I also don't have.

Literally everyone I know say they have an Xbox because that's what their friends were on... PS3 should have trumped Xbox 360 with its free online but idk

I got the XBOX One S 1Tb with Fifa17 digital and Halo Wars 2 physical copy instead of the controller. Just sold the game for £30 so in my books I'm looking at £229.99 if you can pull it off. Heat added.
