Excuse my ignorance, but can you just use this like normal table salt?

Another fake product from the fake "detox" industry. Won't do you any harm and probably tastes OK on food but the idea that the trace elements can detox you is total rubbish. There is not one peer rated study that gives any credence to the idea. You get these elements in a normal diet and the body is a self detox machine,it doesn't need any help.

You... do know this is Bath salt, yes?

Doesn't it need to be a certain grade to be edible?

It doesn't say that on the pack I am looking at, and does say it's bath salt. You can get the food one but check before eating this one

One of the posts states she has used it for some time in cooking & it states she's still alive!! So, should be ok. You can use household table salt to do the same thing. Every so often he has a salt bath, he always says he feels better after he's had one!! Think it's an old remedy from his mum & she's good at that type of thing. So, go on give it a go!!

This is a duplicate deal already posted and went very hot so hard to miss if you had checked first op. link
This should be deleted. Copycat deals just clutter the board.

firstly i never saw the original deal and secondly this deal has the 20% off code so reduces the price to 80p which the other one did and had this op just added the code to the £1 deal it would have got lost in the comments section so I am glad it is here and don't consider it a duplicate deal

Firstly you should look. The deal was only posted very recently. Mine arrived yesterday in fact. Secondly the original deal had the code and several others too. Why must the rest of us wade through multiple copy deals because you're too lazy to be bothered looking? That's what the categories drop down is for. I suggest you try it.
