Both are good games,I would play them in order, but try the wd2 demo. One main character returns in the second as you would know if you had played them both,a couple of others are mentioned or are in the dlc.You would miss a bit of background story playing the second first but not that much. The first is a bit darker, maybe more of an adult plot, the main character wasn't popular with a lot of people.Second gives you a couple more gadgets and a non lethal stun gun,it's a bit lighter with more GTA5 type humour. If you like the demo of the second you will probably like the first because they aren't that different, second is a little better in some ways but it's not night and day,the first one doesn't deserve the bad reviews/comments it gets.

Really enjoyed this game, game play not quite as slick as gta5, but a really good story and missions.

Yeah agreed. Really liking the story and the characters are cool. Facial animation and acting is superb. Living world and in-game physics don't match up to GTAV for me but a very solid game all in all.

This game currently has a three hour trial if you want to try before you buy! Trial
Wish amazon actually came up with the odd gaming deal rather than just ruthlessly matching everyone else. :disappointed:

Not their business model.

Was the same price in ASDA Southgate, North London, earlier. Wasn't specially ticketed so I presume that's nation wide. Didn't buy it, way too much to work through still.

Is it worth playing the first before this?

You won't be missing much by skipping the first game. It's a brand new cast and story in this one.

Check out the PlayStation store, I think they have a demo for this. Three hours play. I've had a go and it's better then I expected.

Nice price, have some heat, shame I have a newfound addiction to digital purchases. And they have a rubbish business model when it comes to digital games
