Saw the deal at Argos when I was looking for something else there but decided against it. I think this will be a £3 purchase for me when it becomes available at such a price. I just feel as much as I like starfox the control scheme will ruin it.

I was once looking forward to this game but the common consensus that Nintendo needlessly ruined it due to the bad control scheme put me right off. Heat added for the nice price though.

I enjoyed it, but it's not exactly a game that's left a lasting impression on me. I found the motion controls fairly easy to grasp, but in honesty I would have turned them off if there was an option to. 7/10

For me it is the complete opposite and whilst I can agree to have motion controls, it would be nice to have them as an option instead of forced.

I'm tempted again, as I was when it was cheaper from Game a while back but I have such an enormous backlog of Wii U games already.

Just what I've read numerous times! :stuck_out_tongue: But you're right I've not experienced it first hand was another hot UK deals impulse purchase! That's why I'm contemplating selling it on again without opening it!

The game is excellent however the forceful use of motion controls make it a bad game.

Huh?
Actually, this is a recommend if not essential game which (for me) uses motion control via the Gamepad in an innovative if not entirely organic way, but which essentially keeps the franchise from falling into a trap Resident Evil (for example) fell into before Resi 4 kick-started the franchise again.
Good/great game and at this price, HOT.

My opinion is that if you like Starfox you might want to get it. If you found this WiiU frustrating with that controller and having to do all sorts of tilting etc. when you really wanted to just fly around and have fun then this game will just add to your frustration.

I think the game is ok but the controls arent easy to master! I bought this game on a deal posted on here by buzz a bit cheaper from game a few weeks ago and I'm contemplating whether to sell it on as it's still sealed!

Heat added. I picked this up when Game had deal and am still enjoying playing it. It appears to divide opinion...
