Almost everything is out of stock but managed to get 5 fitted sheets in superking size and 2 sets of pillowcases for £3 Superb stuff as superking sheets were £65 each originally!

It's an automated message. We'll have to wait until they actually arrive. Hope they do.

What everyone needs to remember is that you need to make many small orders as the stock "leaves" your basket as others finalise their purchases. It's worth paying multiple delivery charges sometimes, especially when you are getting 98% off.

If the last glitch on debenhams is anything to go by, this won't be honoured. They reduced curtains by 98% before xmas and cancelled all the orders. They also didn't pay me all my money back so I had to spend a week chasing. Still would have given it a shot if I'd seen it in time!

Gutted, had some 500 thread count fitted sheets and pillow cases in basket, input payment details and then wouldn't process as one of the items were out of stock, by the time I removed it and added another sheet of the same colour that was OOS too :disappointed:

Received an "urgent update" email saying that they have cancelled some items in my order (the 2 single bedding sets for my spare room) and that I will receive a refund in 3-5 working days.

The rest of the order is still pending.:smile:

Hopefully thats not a sign of things to come, else here come the refunds!

Thanks op, cat got me up at 3am and i managed to catch this deal. Placed 2 orders for superking bedding and towels, and went back to sleep lol But when i woke got an email saying some things were out of stock and refund processed for those items. But still got a load of stuff for less then £40 delivered - 20 pillow cases, 2 duvet covers, 2 valance, 8 flat sheets, 9 fitted sheets, 22 bath sheet towels, and 10 hand towels!

Thats what I did. I am wondering if I can now call them to merge all the orders to save over £ 10.

I placed 2 orders at approx 7am; I have had 2 confirmations, and then shortly after another one saying that one of my items wasn't in stock. I did notice, when trying to add some of the items, that it often said 'we don't have enough items in our inventory to add to order', so there must be some kind of stock control online. Trying to put a positive spin on the fact that we may all lose out!

Having done some googling there was another time Debenhams did a 99% discount and routinely cancelled the lot a few days after but I remain optimistic!

As Sheridan items all cancelled, I rang to cancel the rest of my order, but it is too late for that! I have to refuse delivery and await a refund.

Just received the Hermes tracking number for my delivery. Still don't know how much they are going to charge me for the jumper so.

Monies have been taken out of my account, no cancellation as yet (i am expecting this) if it was a mistake biggest cockup yet! Strangely not reported in press. You would expect a mistake on one item not all of range.:disappointed:

Yes I was wondering about this also, I worked in retails for years and if an item was priced cheaper than it should have been the customer had the right to buy it at that price
