Have Sony been hacked again or is it standard technical problems -i.e.scheduled for year 2022 not 2017!

Sooooo what's happening....

So the Yanks get a weeks free trial and we only get 5 days,and that's even delayed going live.

Must say they are doing a great job in trying to persuade me to sign up to a paid plus account (_;) ( (reaches for trusty PS3)

I just cancelled my PS Plus sub because its a rip off and it ran out a few days ago. Won't be subbing again as I barely play online nowadays and only really played Titanfall 2 when I did. Online really should be free as we give enough money to these faceless corporations that we shouldn't have to. Charging for multiplayer is like charging people to breath air. Its a basic human right.

Doesn't seem to be active yet, lots of people complaining on the blog site

Not really. If it gives me the ability to have party chat and many of the features we were promised and they failed to deliver then I'm happy to pay.

It does. I'm running the BETA now. They do a public preview that you can sign up for. I think this is the third.

I think I read somewhere that it can usually be at least a month between beta and the update going live to the masses. But don't go treating it as gospel :smile:

I hope not.. :disappointed: the Beta (for update 4.50) was released 3rd Feb (2weeks tomorrow) how long do they usually beta test for? Update apparently also includes the ability to watch 3D blurays with the PSVR headset and use custom wallpapers.

Still in beta testing at the mo. So probably won't see it for a while yet :disappointed:

Anyone know when the next update lands? Apparently external usb3 hard drive access is FINALLY coming to PS4! :smile: up to 8tb as well.. which is great news
