Mass Turd Race got shafted again this year, no idea why they don't just put the proper current gen version on PC.

If only they would invent some sort of cable that can plug a PC into a TV or some sort of device that would link/stream you PC to your TV via the network. Maybe one day, but until then we will be stuck behind our desks.

I don't think you save a fortune though, unless you're buying a lot of games.

Most AAA games are around £20-£25 pre order. That's £20 cheaper than console games.
Prices also drop very fast too so some games are as low as £3.99 within 6 months.
And Humble Bundle deals with 9 or so games for £3.

Get a shield or steam box, you don't want a gaming rig in the living room. Especially if you have lots of fans like I do. I'm streaming GTA V 4K @ 60fps on my shield using a cable. I do get some streaming issues now and again but it's lovely to play on a nice big tele.

how do you save a fortune on games? they are only marginally cheaper...or do you get them discounted/free somewhere?

streaming would lag so much that the performance would be weaker than the ps4 anyway.
Could cable it I suppose, but your TV would have to be near the computer...alternatively you have it permanently set up to a tv. In the latter case Just trying to emulate a console, so whats the point? Yes ok it might look marginally better graphics wise, but do we really need to see Frank Ribery's face even clearer?

Yes, but save a fortune on games so over 3 years it probably pays for itself.

for a game like pes or fifa, 100% ps4. Cant gather your mates with a few beers around a desktop
FPS 100% PC.

PS4. They don't put any effort into the PC port, still just giving us the last gen version.

I have both and I play on PC. If you're planning on using MyClub or playing online I'd definitely get it on PS4! Have a look on YouTube for mods (especially the PES Professionals patch) - I also use the DS4 controller on the PC which is handy.

I run FIFA 2017 at (real) 4K 60 FPS streamed from my PC via my Nvidia Shield. I wouldn't touch a PS4 with a barge pole.

Wanted to buy this however as they decided to port last gen I skipped it. Maybe they will see sense next year.

I play this over my PS4 version for offline - PES Professionals patch is a must right enough!

I was about to ask about that... I was debating whether or not to get this on the PS4 or PC since both are on offer atm.
So is PC the way to go, just because of the mods? I've absolutely no interest in playing this online

Game play is decent but even at 1440p the game looks poor compared to its PS4 counterpart.
