Haha I love it when people are so confidently wrong. Is the one you linked a TI? No, no it isn't.

Paid £139 on Amazon for this last week. Decent card fairly silent. I've got it paired with an old Q6600, can play any game I throw at it. Even the likes of the new RE7

Hi Tabby,
I havent purchased either I afraid but I rate both MSI and Gigabyte so I don't thing you will go wrong with either if I'm honest. There is a small over clock on the Gigabyte model so if it's only a couple of quid more then maybe that?
However, as you say the MSI has a dual fan so I would suspect that is better of you wish to OC yourself.
Hope that helps,
Rob

Yes, I'm torn between that and the slightly pricier Gigabyte equivalent. Any recommendations as to which is better? MSI has twin fans....
I am quite clueless when it comes to graphics cards, so can anyone confirm that this works OK off the slot power and does NOT require a meaty PSU with dedicated 6pin/8pin connector(s)?
Thanks!

Good card to run games at HD and VGA resolution. Unfortunately it sucks at Full HD. Just check Resident Evil 7.
