Ha! Really? I love you but your dental hygiene is rather suspect so i've bought you a toothbrush. How romantic!

I have 1 set of the same batteries in my camera. They are as good as new after 3 years of use and 100's of recharges.

only £15 in ASDA no need for prime. collect at Hearst store. Asda Broughton Chester had a cage full in the back room when I showed them my email from Asda customer service. Bought two. they have two 600 models with different heads.

Got one of these. It's so noisy and really vibrates more than previous toothbrushes. Seems like the metal tip is rubbing against the plastic housing. Anyone else got this problem? thinking of returning mine

The white and clean is for making your teeth whiter it isn't for proper cleaning. I would say just go with the regular cross action.
Ok so the motor part is common, it's only the features that are different. Thanks.

Great price this. I prefer this model over the higher priced models because this one doesn't have the annoying flashing red light that blinds you if you press on too hard.
If you're pretty handy, you can replace the battery with an uprated one for a few quid. I've done 3 of ours and they last almost twice as long now.

Could you tell me how long does it actually last you on the better battery and what is its capacity?
I have 2 x AA 1.2V 2500mAh and is seems to work on and on and on :-)

We have the 6000 ourselves when missus splashed out £80 for it (and I went mad). Sure it has loads of bits and functions, but it doesn't really do much that the basic one doesn't do. But try telling the missus that...

Does anyone know what the difference is between the 600, 2000, 2500, etc models. Is it the rotations per minute or something as the difference doesn't seem to be explained on the oralb site?
MatsyLR to KTF
12 Feb 172#29
There is very little difference.
The 600 is a basic brush, 3D action, 1 setting (daily clean) comes with just the charger.
The 2000 is the same except it has a pressure sensor the back that lights if you put too much pressure on your teeth and it has an extra setting (gum care)
The 2500 is the same as the 2000 except it has a black coating and comes with a plastic case for the brush.
The daily clean setting is all you need unless you have gum problems, so the 600 is probably the best option unless you want a case.

Ordered on Prime Now. Min order value of £20, so added a bottle of wine for a £5, used the current prime now £5 discount code of FIVENOW and got a free bottle of wine and two hour delivery.

We went to ASDA yesterday and picked up the OralB 2000 for £30. They had 3 different ones at £15 and some others between £20 and £45 if that helps anyone. These were all on a Rollback.

Ordered for our son yesterday and the Toothbrush delivered about an hour ago. Very very loud, old school loud.
I got the Colgate one for myself which was on here for £20 down from £100 a few weeks ago and it's so quiet compared to this.
Heat added as it is a bargain & our son does love electric toothbrushes, gotta encourage brushing. personally if it was mine I would send it back as it would drive me bonkers with the noise.

Cross action & whitening both seem in stock now for £15.
They have to sell them at a crazy high price for a few weeks so they can claim they're half price the rest of the year.

I've had my oral B rechargeable toothbrush for over 5 years. Still holds a charge that lasts a fortnight of extensive use. Would much rather have a rechargeable toothbrush than one where I'd have to replace or separately charge the batteries every so often. £15 is a steal for this toothbrush.

Bought 3 of these instead. Currently have 3 Chinese branded sonic battery operated ones from bangood which have been great for 2 tears but new heads have gone up so happy to change. Prefer battery ones as seem to last longer. Had to buy 2 and one from another seller to get free delivery as it was 2 limit per customer for some strange reason.
