They are on offer eveywhere, 2.40 in sainsburys (i know not cheaper but close in price )

Thank you. I hope you give it a go, its easier to control cholesterol by preventing build up in the first place. Ive got my 3 sons on it now and they are only in their twenties! :laughing:

Good luck with your improving health. I've had various health issues myself over recent years, like yourself high blood pressure and cancer amongst them so it's always encouraging to hear of people managing to surmount them. I'm a great believer in helping oneself with natural remedies - of course with the knowledge of GP as there can be conflicts with prescribed medication sometimes. Keep up the good work!

Yeah, I miss the days when Napolina and Berio oil were £3 a litre :disappointed:
Hadn't heard of this before but IF this article is correct should be ok if kept in fridge and not left at room temp for too long.

Bargain! What I do with mines, is put all my left over garlic into the bottle. It becomes the best ever taste! A little drizzle over supermarket pizza, before I cook, makes it taste like restaurant pizza.
