Purchased and just tried it out. Recommends, but does not mandate, use of distilled or demineralised water. Extra 2 years warranty if you register within 28 days.
Cord is short but I use it with a short extension cable.
Iron is good but never worth anywhere near the rrp,... but certainly way better than the poor Russel Hobbs iron I had before it.

I'm on the look out for a new iron, but as it only has a 2m cord and doesn't seem to have auto shut-off I think I'll wait for something else. Seems like a decent price though.
