Lindt is also made with powdered milk in a big factory, would you put that in the same category as supermarket brand products?

If you don't like it that's fine, but given the heat its getting people here do. As I stated, personally I think it tastes good, and that's all that matters. Maybe its the hazelnut paste in the original variety?

and for the record Lorrach is dead on the Swiss border, and it is also produced in Austria

To be fair i did not say the Austrians and Swiss made it, just sold it.

50p for most of the year these days. Got a 10% card too, so 45p for a bar is value. Not good for the waste line though.

We will have to agree to disagree. Milka is just mass produced chocolate, made from lots of refined sugar and powdered milk on a gigantic scale in a German industral plant. If people like the taste that is up to them, but it is no better than Cadbury products (I think made by the same American company, buy probably still using fresh milk), nor is it any better (but probably no worse) than own brand products from Morrison's (and other) stores at around 30p/bar.
If people are impressd by the packaging and the picture of a cow producing powdered milk on the packet, and happy to pay 50p to £1/bar (depending on which week it is at the Morrison's store) then that is up to them, but I can't endorse this as being a good deal whilst perfectly good alternatives (in plainer packaging) are available much cheaper.
My opinion doesn't matter much, but even at 50p/bar I can't agree tis is a good deal.

I could not disagree more: Milka is mass produced at Lorrach in Germany (not in Switzerland or Austria, but also elsewhere outside Europe) by an American company and is made with powdered milk. It is just mass produced foodstuff (140.000 Tonnes/year) and no better (but probably no worse) than other brands, including the store own brand stuff.

Used to love the Dime version of said bars. Sadly I don't see them around anymore.

These are more often than not 50p at this store, so this is hardly a hot deal is it?
Much better value is the Morrison's own brand chocolate at 30p/bar and perfectly good.

they have these at 50p so often, i don't know why they don't permanently change the price
