Making and flavouring your own popcorn is easy with this microwave popper. The set gives you a glass microwave popper with a silicone lid and a 90g bag of popcorn kernels - enough to make 2 batches of fresh popcorn. Then just sit back, relax and flavour as you wish.

I think you guys are missing the point of this; it's CLOSED so that the popcorn doesn't fly everywhere in the microwave.

Just get a generic microwave cover, that way you can use it to prevent anything else you do in the microwave from splashing etc. Shouldn't cost more than a quid.

do it in a pan and then let the butter melt into the pan and coat the popcorn. I have tried numerous microwave techniques, they are okay but burn the popcorn. The popcorn maker was good (the one with the hot air) but you needed to melt the butter so a bit of a pain.
