Picked up Infinity Gauntlet for £1.89 and Secret War. I don't have a tablet to read eBooks with, I tried a few pages on my TV (I'd imagine the older comics are slightly worse), but some of the text is hard to read. How are comics on a Kindle HD 8?

I recommend Old Man Logan, Grant Morrison's New Xmen and Ed Brubaker's Immortal Iron Fist. Ultimates Vol 1 and 2 would be a nice complement to the Avengers movie versions. Don't bother with Volume 3. The art by Joe Mad is nice but it's written by Jeph Facepalm Loeb.
