Yes 20 packs for a quid. I get them and have 2 packs with a brew mid morning at work.

I get them in Poundland - a pack of 20 twin-packs.
Doing the maths they work out slightly cheaper from Poundland (£3.23/kg) vs Amazon (£3.50/kg) but still a great offer as it includes delivery.

This is the normal price for these roughly speaking isn't it....??

Slightly cheaper than normal - but as someone said, cheaper still in Poundland.

I buy these from PL. Is my maths off here? Amazon are selling single packs, 300 is £6.56. PL sell 40 biscuits for £1 (20 packs of 2). 300 / 40 = 7.5 packs. Doesn't that make Amazon cheaper by £1. Happy to be corrected as it late!

It could be that the biscuits are different sizes as you get 300 that weigh 1.875kg from Amazon, and 40 that weigh 310g from Poundland which makes them a bit bigger. But purely on number of biscuits, yes, you are right.
