The amiibo stock in my local Smyths has gone right down. Used to have a huge display, now it's just one line on small shelf. It's a shame, Smyths have always been brilliant for Nintendo stuff. Hope they bring more in again.

There are a couple of Amiibo I'm still after and I'll venture down there if they are on offer, might even venture down there for a couple of duplicates if they are also going cheap, the new wave of Splatoon ones would be nice especially the orange squid.
The nearest store to me is Gallions Reach and that involves a cardiac inducing five or six mile crawl round the North Circular to get there so will only do it when I know which ones exactly are going at that price.

ive got a local 10 min away ill pop out for look doubt its gonna be the splatoon ones as i checked on those online and there still full price its select ones by look of it.

Damn! Smyths seem to have plenty of decent deals all the time. Too bad there are practically no stores south of the Thames all the way to the coast. So jealous! :disappointed:

You can check all stock on their website. Should be able to tell you if your store has the ones in you want. Sadly, mine doesn't. So won't be going. They only have one I need for delivery too. So that makes postage £4.99. Which means not worth it.

Anyone wondering which ones are on offer are better off checking website as its exactly same ones ignore if priced up more in store a couple I got were but scanned them and were £5 they missed a couple guy said.

I found their online stock checker terrible when they had the Disney blu Ray clearance. Got to a store half an hour away to find they didn't have a single 1 but stock check said they had loads!
A quick email to head office and they sent me a gift card for my time. So not too bad!

Just walking out of Gallions Reach where all I got a Meta Knight from the Kirby series for a ching but no Dedede in stock, also they had a few 8 bit Links at full price so grabbed one of them as I not got that one
Not really sure it was worth all the effort I've gone to for 2 figures for 16 quid :disappointed:

Wow, thanks! There does seem to be one in Mitcham after Googling, but I can't seem to locate it via Streetview. Funny it is not listed on their website so hopefully it's not closed.
It is only around 22 minutes drive for me too, so I'll add it to one of the places I could take the kids and myself to in the future! :laughing:
Edit: I see now that it was closed in 2011 or 2012 and the site developed into Asda. :disappointed:
