Cauliflower was really good, make sure to pick the heaviest ones! I got some 1.5kg ones today, while the most of them were only 800-1000grams.
Here's a quick&easy recipe which makes some really lush cauliflower. - boil it in water with few pinches of salt till its almost done but it's still rather firm, heat up pan with some butter, dump the florets inside in the heated butter, mix in about 3-4spoons of semolina and brown up till golden brown.
