The Annual itself may not be your cup of tea, but who can argue with a Cole minifig and accessories for 50p? especially with the Lego Ninjago Movie coming out soon.
I spotted them in the New Malden branch but I am assuming they are nation wide, also there was nothing to say they were 50p until it I saw the receipt.

There was stock today in Poundland Meadowbank, Edinburgh. Still 50p.
